Dr. Waters is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He is the lakes area’s only board certified facial plastic surgeon who has been practicing for more than 35 years in the lakes area. Dr Waters performed his undergraduate training at Concordia in Moorhead, MN. After completing medical school, he received post graduate residency training in Syracuse, NY. He underwent fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in Minneapolis, MN.

Marla graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration. After spending 30 years in the hospitality industry Marla joined the Cascade team in May 2015. She thoroughly enjoyed her transition from taking care of guests in the restaurant and catering industry to taking care of clients in the Med Spa industry. To learn the industry, she experienced all of what Cascade Med Spa offers so she can personally describe each service to potential clients. Her favorite service is PRP where plasma rich platelets are micro needled into the face and neck. Offering superior client service in a relaxed and professional environment is her main goal. Marla transitioned from Ivory soap to using professional skin care products and has not gone a week without being asked, “Your skin looks amazing, what have you changed?” With a simple daily regimen of cleansing, moisturizing, retinol, and sun screen, Marla shows how it is never too late to start taking care of your skin properly. 

Nancy has over 15 years of experience working as a Patient Coordinator in the Aesthetics and Medical industry. She strives to create a great experience from scheduling appointments, answering questions, listening and assisting patient needs. Nancy has an extensive knowledge on skincare products and services. She enjoys meeting new people and making everyone feel comfortable the moment they walk in the door. When she is not at work, she loves to spend time with her husband and 3 adult children. Some of her favorite things to do are taking long walks with her Golden Retriever, boating, snow shoeing and reading.

Stephanie graduated from St Cloud State University with a BA in Marketing. She spent most of her career in various corporate sales jobs as well as obtaining her real estate license in 2012. She was born in Brainerd and has lived in the Pequot Lakes area most of her life. Prior to applying for the position of receptionist, Stephanie was a client of Cascade who enjoyed her services from her esthetician Maggie (who happens to be her second cousin). When the opportunity of a part time position presented itself, she was eager to apply. Stephanie has been here of over a year now and loves the change of pace from the demanding pressure of sales to the relaxing atmosphere that Cascade offers to their clients. Her passion for skincare and people makes it a winning combination and it never feels like work when you love what you do and the people you are surrounded by.

Angie has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She left the business world when she had her 2 children. Angie and her family moved to the Brainerd Area about 10 years ago, from Colorado, but she grew up in Kansas. Once her kids were a little bit older she decided to pursue a new career in the fitness world and received her Group Fitness and Personal Training Certifications. She taught fitness classes for years and loved helping people become a better version of themselves. With her love for skincare, she started working at Cascade part time and still taught her fitness classes in the mornings. Now her sole focus is on Cascade, managing the front desk, and working with clients on scheduling and helping them find the products they need!Angie’s favorite services are Dermablades and Microneedling. She uses Skin Medica and IS Clinical Products for her daily routine and loves Jane Iredale makeup.
